I did a series of horror characters for a buyer in the early years on Fiverr. In recognition of October and Halloween I will be posting these cartoon illustrations for you to view and celebrate the coming holiday season. I will begin production on my next comic book project featuring my characters " The Private Eyes". The name of this story is The City of Krellton. My News Update! It has been about 10 days since my last post. I have to take care of some life matters, but I will be posting again in the coming days here on my google blog. Over the course of the next few weeks, I will be taking the time to learn more about animating with Moho Pro. I have already made money from using this software and I want to broaden my skill with this software as I have selected it to be a major profession of mine on the Fiverr platform. You can view the video to learn more about this software and what it can do. I'll keep you all posted on my progress.
Fiverr has allowed me to participate in a new function of theirs entitled professions. This goes a little more beyond the traditional gig services an highlights an area of service you have a particular skill set in. The service they let me choose was 2D animation. My new skill service will launch in July and I hope to have some more info about during my posts in July. I'm hopeful this will give me an opportunity to really show my 2D animated skill and secure more 2D animation work this year. I'll keep you posted soon. Thanks for reading. Paul K.
The reluctant Hero Hals Nelson is the reluctant hero of our story. One of the Officers of the ship commanded by Captain Bly Bledsoe, Hals strikes a loyal friendship with William Sproket who is second in command of the ship under Bledsoe. Bledsoe and Sprocket do not get along at all and this eventually leads to Sprocket trying to take over the ship during the heart of terrible storm that wrecks the ship. Very few crewmen survive. One of the survivors is Nelson. At the request of the Royal Navy, he agrees to sail to the location where the storm took place for he was told by the Navy that they believed that some of the crew could have survived the storm and destruction and made it to a nearby island. Knowing that he could face danger returning to the waters known as the dead seas he is driven to look for answers in the mystery if not for himself, for Lori Sprocket, who is the wife of William Sprocket who he had become such great friends with. Ghost Pirates: Black and White Artwork! a labor of love with pen and ink art style. I've always have loved to do black and white art style artwork and I strongly felt as I created the Ghost Pirates comic book that doing it in black and white would actually enhance the feeling of the comic based on the storyline. It was wonderful to put i n the lines and textures against solid black to create a style that was visually powerful and wonderful to create. I will admit that with some of the panels I may have put in too many lines and details, but that's what's best about creating your own works because you can learn and grow from the feedback you get from others. Fiverr has recently changed some of the policies of their ratings and reviews system. I believe that was probably due to the backlash they received from sellers on the platform. This is a house and home illustration I did for a client of mine on Fiverr. He was a realtor and whenever he was able to help his clients to buy a home, he would have me to do an illustration of the house to give to the clients as closing gifts. He sold a number of houses of different sizes and locations. I really enjoyed doing these drawings for him. I have a number of these drawings saved on file. I can also do full color illustrated renderings of homes. In the coming days I will be posting an article of my blog about the process I use for doing these drawings and the response I once got from a potential client on Fiverr. As I wait to get new projects for clients on the Fiverr platform, I will begin a series of projects to tell my stories from the PKS Comix world. I will try to use various forms of output to tell these stories including Comic Books, illustrated books, web comics, as well as slideshows, and some animation. I will post some of the production of some of these projects on my social media pages as well as here on my blog. Please feel free to comment on any of the work or articles you see hear. Working on Children's Book Illustrations. It has been a pleasure for me to work on all kinds of interesting projects on the Fiverr platform. I done comic book projects, illustration projects as well as animation projects. One of the groups of assignments that has given me some of the most joy has been doing illustrations for children's book. There is something about children's book art that lends itself to the kind of bold colorful artwork that I find fascinating to illustrate. Above you see cover art for a children's book assignment that I did for a buyer on Fiverr. She liked the way I brought her characters to life and decided to have me do all the illustrations in her book. Her requests were for art that was bold and colorful and images that would inspire and capture the imagination of a young audience. Needless to say that after this project was completed, she went on to hire my services for a number of other illustration projects. This opportunity really opened

I'm going to be starting a new venture in my career as I will be learning all that I can about publishing my own fiction e-books on the amazon platform. Right now, I'm in the process of learning all that I can about how to publish successfully on the platform. Fiverr has a new level system which I really don't understand, but it has managed to lower my seller level from a level 2 to a level 1. Apparently their are a number of sellers on the platform that are not happy with the new system. Fiverr is going to be having seminars to explain the new system. I will keep you posted on this and the impact it has on sellers on Fiverr.
Fiverr Plus Update: My views since joining. Since joining Fiverr Plus I have noticed some increase in the views that my gigs are getting on the platform. However, I have not received any new clients as a result as of yet. However, I have earned enough money to keep me in the program for another couple of months. This will give me a chance to see if staying in the program is really worth it. I'll continue to keep you updated every so often.

Since Joining Fiverr plus I have taken advantage of some of the services offered by the membership. One of them is one month FREE to the CreativeLive website. A site where you can learn a wide variety of skills. I am currently working with an AI software called ChatGTP. It's writing software and makes writing various documents a lot easier and faster. I can already see how this will help me with my story writing. I will keep you posted of my progress.
